EPOXY TERRAZZO FLOORING SYSTEMThis product is a two-component epoxy resin system with high solid content and excellent hardness, abrasion resistance, and scratch resistance. It can be added with various bone materials. After overall on-site casting and laying, it can be configured into different styles and patterns according to requirements, which is beautiful, durable, and highly decorative.Substrate treatment: Grind and clean the ground, and ensure that the substrate is dry and free of hollowing.Primer coating: Fully mix epoxy resin, grindstone primer Agent A, and Agent B according to the ratio, and then roll apply the primer. After drying, use epoxy resin, grindstone prime, and quartz sand to make mortar for scraping construction.Pattern making: The designed pattern mold is bonded to the mortar layer with epoxy resin grindstone, and then poured into the mold with mixed epoxy resin grindstone, coated with aggregate, and then smoothed.Slurry paving: Premix the mixed epoxy resin, grindstone intermediate coating + aggregate, and then pour and pave it as a whole.Grinding and cleaning: After curing for 24 hours, use a professional grinder to completely polish the surface until it is completely smooth. After cleaning, use epoxy resin, grindstone intermediate coating to scrape and fill the pores, and then use a fine grinding disc to grind the surface until it is completely smooth. Closed cover: After dust absorption, roll apply waterborne polyurethane grindstone special finish paint at least two times to increase the stain resistance, compactness, and wear resistance of the coating;Waxing maintenance: After 72 hours of curing, apply at least one full coat of waterborne liquid floor wax for maintenance.
